The Chinese government is now throwing Yuan at their agricultural industries to try and stay ahead of food demand from population growth. Five excellent seasons have been interrupted by drought in some areas this year. Water is the major concern with the effects of climate change of concern but unknown. Government is concerned about maintaining grain production, let alone increasing it. The following article is a must for readers:
