BEEF SPREADSHEETS & GRAPHICS

introduction

These Excel spreadsheets provide the production, consumption, exports and imports records and projections for each country analysed. They include embedded graphics of most of the variables in each spreadsheet. Additional analysis of the records can include consumption per person, exports as a % of total production, imports as a % of total use and annual prices. Details are provided in the preamble to each file and can be obtained by clicking on the individual headings shown below or in the Catalogue of Analyses.

The detailed spreadsheets are used in the production of many of the graphics in the Analysing Agriculture newsletter and will be kept up to date as new figures are released. Changes between updates for each country will be outlined the spreadsheet for that country and all changes will be provided on the first spreadsheet of each country's data.

The Excel files will be particularly useful for those seeking graphs or tables for presentations, for authors seeking commodity and country specific records and for those involved in each industry who are seeking greater knowledge of trends in other countries.
