Protecting your privacy
Following the release by the Privacy Commissioner of final guidelines to the National Privacy Principles that identify how information should be collected, used, secured and disclosed by companies, OFI Management Pty Ltd trading as Analysing Agriculture has taken the following steps to ensure that we comply with this legislation.

We have made a responsible commitment to ensure that the details you provide us are kept private. The following statements help to explain how your details will be used and stored.

Information that we may collect
Subscriber profiles: We may collect data such as names, addresses, email addresses etc. to enable us to communicate with those who wish to divulge these details to us. We may also collect other types of personal information such as credit card details and feedback regarding our products or services. The purpose for which information is requested will be clear at the time of its provision. When you use our secure payment system for Credit Card transactions directly to our Bank we are not able to access or record any details of your Credit Card.

Web Use data: Our servers may also record details such as the number of visitors to our site, the date and the time of the visits, the numbers pages viewed etc. These details are primarily used for ensuring our site meets consumer needs. Any details recorded are anonymous and we cannot link your identity to these statistics.

Use of the information
We do not share your details with any third parties for the purposes of sales or marketing. We use it only to relay information to our subscribers or registrants and this may require informing our electronic service providers of your details. Your information will only be used to provide the services you have requested as a subscriber.

We agree not to use your information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent unless we are required to do so by law.

Security
OFI Management Pty Ltd trading as Analysing Agriculture will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information and to keep it up to date and accurate. Personal information is stored on a secure server or on secure electronic files.

The internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information and so you will always have the choice of using the postal system to communicate personal data that will then be stored on a source not accessible from the internet. Because of the internet’s imperfections OFI Management Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for information you send or receive from us over the internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information.
