• Accessing Analysing Agriculture on this website constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of your subscription. If you cannot agree to these terms, then we are unable to accept your order for a subscription.
• You must not, without the express prior written consent of the Editor:

  b) reprint; or

in whole or in part, any information provided by Analysing Agriculture, for any use whatsoever whether by any person, individual or corporation and whether or not for academic or research purposes.

• By accessing information in sections of the Analysing Agriculture website which are reserved for the use of subscribers only, whether you have paid for or not such information, you agree and guarantee that you will not retransmit, post, fax or copy by any means whatsoever any part of that information to any other person, individual or corporation at any location whatsoever without the express prior written consent of the Editors.
• You agree and guarantee that you will not give your Analysing Agriculture user name and password combination to any other person once they are made available.
• Subscribers who are part of a computer network agree that the information obtained under this single user agreement is not to be made available to any other user on the network, whether within their own physical location, or with any other offices and/or affiliates of any type.
• You agree you will not store or otherwise archive information published on this website in or on any electronic media whatsoever beyond a reasonable period for personal use and guarantee such media shall not be accessible by any other person, individual or corporation.

Data and information is obtained from sources deemed to be reliable but is not guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness. Readers using the information contained herein are solely responsible for their own actions. • Any subscribers found to be violating the terms of subscription will be subject to immediate cancellation of their subscription, without refund, and may be subject to prosecution for copyright violation. Cash rewards may be made available from time to time for information leading to the discovery of such individuals and their successful prosecution for copyright violation.

Since the product delivered is an information product, subscribers may not return any merchandise for refund. No refunds or credits will be issued for any email messages which do not arrive at the subscriber’s email address in a timely manner and/or which arrive in an incomplete and/or garbled state. No refunds or credits will be issued for any difficulty subscribers encounter accessing the Analysing Agriculture website nor for any pages which arrive at the subscriber’s IP address slowly or in an incomplete and/or garbled state. No refunds will be given for any analyses.

Refunds will only be made for any annual subscriptions in the following circumstances:

• Analysing Agriculture is unable, for any reason, to provide the newsletters or analyses for which you have subscribed, or supply the analyses that you have purchased individually.
• You make application for a total refund within one month of paying for an annual subscription under our 100% money back guarantee.
• If at any time during your subscription period you become dissatisfied, you can apply to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund for the unused balance of your subscription.

Analysing Agriculture imposes no restrictions on which country or countries it will deliver its information products. However, in order to receive this product by email subscribers need a valid email address and a computer with a valid and working connection to the internet.

Analysing Agriculture's information products are deemed to have been delivered to each and every subscriber when each individual article, chart, and other information product is made available via email or postal mail.

While subscribers have the ability to request delivery of articles by email as they are published, Analysing Agriculture cannot guarantee each email message will arrive in a timely manner. Problems beyond the control of Analysing Agriculture may prevent articles transmitted by email from arriving in part or in full, or from arriving in a readable state.

Newsletters and analyses are available for delivery by post when email access is unavailable but Analysing Agriculture cannot guarantee the timeliness of such delivery and will have satisfied its obligation to supply the relevant publication by posting it to the address notified on the subscriber’s or purchaser’s order form.

Newsletters and analyses at the Analysing Agriculture website were created by Analysing Agriculture and are covered by our copyright. What this means is that you do not have the right to reprint or redistribute the information obtained from us in any form whatsoever without the prior written permission of Analysing Agriculture. Such permission must be sought on a case-by-case basis. What this means is if we allow you to reprint one article, you do not have permission to reprint other material at any other time or for any other or a similar purpose.

If you cannot agree to these terms, then we are unable to accept your order for a subscription.
